I always nuk my icecream about 30 secs. That makes it easy to scoop out. I love Blue Bell icecream!

Definitely turn your freezer down. Ice cream is much tastier when it is soft and easy to scoop out (and you eat it faster, so you don't have time to feel guilty) =)
